Our test kitchen features equipment from top brands such as Hobart, Vulcan, Baxter, Berkel, Centerline, Traulsen, and Pizza Master. Reach out to us for a full list of equipment available in our test kitchen.

Is there a limit on the number of participants for training sessions?

For optimal learning, we recommend a maximum of 10 participants per session. Larger groups can be accommodated with prior arrangement.

Where is the test kitchen located?

The Bach West test kitchen is conveniently located at our office (5759 SE International Way, Portland OR), easily accessible from major highways.

What are the operating hours of the test kitchen?

Our test kitchen is open by appointment 9 AM-4:30 PM Monday to Friday. Special appointments can be arranged upon request.
